Welcoming Revd Prebendary Rosie Austin

Welcoming Our New Team Vicar
On Tuesday, 29 September, we were delighted to welcome our new Team Vicar, the Revd Prebendary Rosie Austin, to the Edgemoor Mission Community.

St Mary’s Church, Bishop’s Nympton, was filled with a wonderful gathering of both new and familiar faces, who came together to welcome Rosie and celebrate the beginning of her ministry with us.

The licensing service was conducted by the Right Revd Moira Astin, Bishop of Crediton, followed by a lovely Bring & Share supper, providing an opportunity for everyone to meet, chat and continue the celebrations together.

We are delighted to welcome Rosie to the Edgemoor Mission Community and look forward to all that lies ahead.

We are a welcoming, open and inclusive group of 11 churches (Bishops Nympton, Charles, East Anstey, High Bray, Knowstone, Mariansleigh, Molland, North Molton, Rose Ash, Twitchen & West Anstey) on the edge of Exmoor. Whether you are looking to join the church family on a regular basis, or are enquiring about becoming part of the church for a special event, such as a wedding or a baptism, these pages should give you all that you need to know. Please see the calendar below for upcoming events this week or the calendar section for future events throughout the Edgemoor group.
