    THE EDGEMOOR GROUP is a single Benefice consisting of eleven rural churches stretching from Knowstone, Rose Ash and the Ansteys to the east, across the southern edge of Exmoor to Charles and High Bray to the west. Each of our Churches has its own character and traditions but all seek to express a warm, prayerful and loving faith in the communities we serve. Here you will find information about our churches, our services and activities and how to make arrangements for baptisms, weddings and funerals.

    We would love to welcome you to any of our churches.  Wherever you find yourself in life, just come as you are and see what difference God can make. All are welcome, all are welcome.                                                                         Revd David Baker, Team Rector

    SAFEGUARDING If you have concerns about the safety of someone, or the actions of someone working with children or vulnerable adults, please speak to someone:

  • God of compassion,
    be close to those who are ill, afraid or in isolation.
    In their loneliness, be their consolation;
    in their anxiety, be their hope;
    in their darkness, be their light;
    through him who suffered alone on the cross,
    but reigns with you in glory,
    Jesus Christ our Lord.
